Event Booking Terms & Conditions
Please book for all guests attending, including babies and additional adults. We have strict total capacity guidelines we must follow at all times.
Event Bookings
Bookings are non-refundable.
Buggies & Prams
Due to limited space, please only bring buggies or prams if necessary — we may ask that these are folded down.
Parking
Limited parking is available at Moordown St John's Church, opposite us (£1 donation to the church, payable inside our café). Residential parking is available on all surrounding roads.
Play Equipment
Play equipment is strictly for children aged 5 and under. No shoes to be worn — socks are required for all children. Shoe covers are available for adults, though socks are recommended.
Food & Drink
Only food and drinks purchased in our café may be consumed on the premises.
Health & Safety
All children remain the responsibility of their parent or guardian at all times. Children who are unwell should not attend — please help us keep our play space healthy for everyone. Please read the full play café rules displayed on arrival.
