How to Book Your Party

Booking your little one's birthday party is simple:

  1. Choose your date — select an available Saturday or Sunday from the calendar below

  2. Enter your details — fill in your contact information and party requirements

  3. Pay your deposit — a £50 deposit is required to secure your date

  4. We'll be in touch — once your booking is confirmed you will receive confirmation

The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your party date.

All deposits are non-refundable, but if you need to cancel we will always do our best to transfer your date.

⚠️ Please note — cancellations made within 48 hours of your party will result in the full party amount being charged.

  • We're designed for babies and toddlers from 6 months up to 5 years old.

    Siblings are Welcome to attend Private Parties but must be Supervised by an Adult at all times.

  • Plenty of residential parking on the surrounding streets.

  • Simple — just head to our birthday party booking page, choose your package and pick your date. A £50 deposit secures your booking, with the balance due 2 weeks before the party. If you have any questions beforehand just give us a call on 01202 533 311.

  • All our parties include exclusive hire of the whole venue, a dedicated party host, and all plates, cups and platters. Depending on the package you choose, catering for the children and adults can be included too. Head to our parties page to see all the options and book online.

  • Yes — just let us know when booking a party and we'll Contact you to arrange specific accommodation for the Buffet.

  • Yes! Bring your cake and candles and we'll help make the moment special. (Must be NUT Free)

  • Yes ! But please be Mindful we have Limited space in our Reception area, Where they Must be left.

  • Socks are Required for all Children.

    We ask all Shoes to be removed Before you enter. Shoe covers are available for Adults but we Recommend wearing socks.
