General Admission Online Booking Policy

1. Payments & Cancellations

  • A non-refundable payment of £5 is required to secure your table booking (maximum 2 adults & 2 children).

  • All guests attending must be included in the booking, including babies in arms and any additional adults.

  • A tab will be set up on arrival, and the £5 booking fee will be deducted from your total bill upon departure.

  • Payments are non-refundable but may be transferred with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

  • Please contact us directly if you are unable to attend your booking.

2. Conduct & Use of Venue

  • During busy periods, visits may be limited to a maximum of 2 hours.

  • Guests are expected to respect the venue, staff, and other visitors at all times.

  • Any excessive mess may incur an additional cleaning charge.

  • Any damage to the venue, equipment, or furnishings may result in a charge.

3. Supervision & Liability

  • Parents and/or guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times and ensuring their safety.

  • Little Pickles accepts no liability for accidents or injuries occurring on the premises.

  • We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. All items are brought onto the premises at your own risk.

  • Children who are unwell (including symptoms such as fever, sickness, or diarrhoea) must not attend or use the play facilities.

4. Age Restrictions & Play Rules

  • Our play equipment is designed for children aged 5 years and under.

  • Shoes must not be worn in the play area. Socks are required for all children.

  • Adults are advised to wear socks; shoe covers are available if required.

  • Older children attending must be closely supervised at all times.

5. Safety Rules

  • No jewellery or sharp objects within the play area

  • Glasses must be shatterproof

  • Clothing with ropes or drawstrings is not permitted on play equipment

  • Climbing on netted walls or play structures is prohibited

  • No playing directly in front of the slide

  • Only balls may be used in the ball machine

  • Failure to follow safety rules may result in removal from the play area.

6. General Information

  • We operate a strict NO NUT policy.

  • Only food and drinks purchased from our café are permitted (exceptions include water, milk, and purées).

  • We are a no-shoe venue — all children must wear socks. Shoe covers are available for adults if required.

  • Due to limited space, please only bring buggies/prams if essential.

  • Please allow extra time for parking before your session. Limited spaces are available at the church opposite for a £1 donation, payable in the café.
